[SEDXC] What is QZ6TZR?

I noticed a bunch of garbage in the comments field on the cluster this past
weekend. It appeared that some random message would get inserted into two
successive spots, then another message would appear in successive spots a
few minutes later.

I see this every so often and kave no idea what it is.  At first I thought
it might be a digital mode but see it in both the CW and SSB portions of the
band.
