Sometimes you run across something that seems really neat.  I had been trying to come up with a way to get the desk mic off the operating table and had looked at headset mics and goose neck mounts but nothing really excited me.  I really like the headsets I use, the Bose QC15 noise cancelling and kept trying to figure out how to add a mic when I came upon this company, Antlion. I have ordered one to use with my K3.  Since it is an electret mic, bias has to be supplied but most radios these days have that feature built in.  In the K3 it is just a menu item selection to add bias.
