[SEDXC] Bad news for Rit N4BNM

I saw a short piece on TV last night that Rit lost most of his dispute with 
the homeowners across the street.

He has until April to take down 3 of his 4 towers and the one he can keep up 
must be 70 or under.  Not sure what this means
but Cobb must have rules allowing only one tower per property.  I thought 
Rit had
several acres.

The rub is that Rit was there before the subdivision.
