[SEDXC] New W/K4 bureau Jan 1, 2013

Severl have asked me about the W/K4 bureau and I asked my single letter 
handler Jerry N4JR about this.

Jerry tells me Ken Boyd, K4DXA the single letter manager has retired and a 
new group will be taking over Jan 1, 2013.

I sent Ken an e-mail and so far no answer.

If you have more knowledge of the new group please pass them on to me and 
the SEDXC.
