[SEDXC] BS7

Apparently BS7 is territory of DU. Should be deleted from DXCC list.    
It is similar matter that supposed there is a tree at front of your 
house, but I say that tree is mine.   Before you appeal as yours, your 
local organization(DXCC Desk in BS7 case) acknowledged quickly as it is 
mine!
