What does this mean? Does this mean 3C0E will not listen at all for USA 
during his sunrise peak, and will only listen Saturday and not tonight?

Last night he peaked here about 0500Z and went downhill rapidly more into 
his very start of dawn. Of course that does not hold true other places and 
other days.

He was very readable, and he answered right away when I called him up 3.25 
kHz  from his 1825.0 transmit frequency, where he had just worked 4PI. He 
dropped off pretty fast after 0505Z here, don't know how it was other 
places.
