[SEDXC] VK9CZ on 12

VK9CZ was reported on 12 (24.945) just before 1500Z.  I put the transceiver 
on that frequency and aimed the antenna short path.  At 1526 he popped out 
of the
noise at S3 but almost 100% readable.

He stayed at that level until 1945Z when he started fading out.  An XE2 
called CQ on his frequency and would not move.
By 1600 he was gone here although W4HG reported he was listing up 10 now at 
almost 1630Z.

He did work a few stations in GA.

I noted the path was skewed to about 8 degrees rather than direct short 
path.  There was a XW8XZ on 18.145 who also was coming in skewed path at 
1600Z (S4 here.
