[SEDXC] ZIP on A52SV in LA

Ray, W5EW needs A52 for one of his last 8.  I passed the word on that A52SV 
was active on 21 CW.  He was there from 1340Z to just beyond the K5JTH in TX 
spot  but he never heard a peep.
He heard the DF who was up 1 Khz and he worked a bunch of UA's including UA0 
but never anything fom A52.

Ray uses a 6BTV vertical with a bunch of radials.

He must have been weaker today than the past two days.
