[SEDXC] More South Sudan(Z81) coming.

While listening to Z81D working USA on 14.195 today (5/9 here) I heard him 
tell a W9 who asked about low band 160/80 activity that there would be 
activity at the end of February on most bands.  Not sure if he was talking 
about a DXpedition
or just the Italian who has the call sign Z81B.  OPDX says Z81B plans 40 to 
10 operation.
