I use a program to test my modem connection reliability that I thought some of you might be interested in.  It is called EMCO Ping Monitor and is freeware.  Here is the link

It will run in the background and keep a record of the speed of your connections and also if you ever have any drops to the website you are trying to reach it keeps a running total on that.  I usually ping ATT.net, Google, and my local router and you can put many in if you want.  I have been having some drops to the sites so I want to keep a record so I can try and convince my ISP they might have a problem on the line.  73 Mike K4PI
