[SEDXC] Drake TR-4

Hello, folks,
 
I have a Drake TR-4 with AC-4 Power Supply and MS-4  Speaker/enclosure I am 
selling for a friend.  The TR-4 receives but is low  in sensitivity.  All 
power supply voltages are good.  The front panel  of the TR-4 is like new.  I 
tried to transmit, but there is no excitation  to the finals.  All the 
tubes light up; the finals are good.
 
Asking $250 OBO.
