[SEDXC] C82DX and notes on DX

Been trying to re-wire the station and have enjoyed working TO2TT, TN2MS,
TJ3AY on 10, 12, and 15 all with 90 watts barefoot.

Finally listening on 20 to C82DX on 14185.  This afternoon they are only S5 
here.

Seems the other Africa DX work 40 at 1900 to 2100Z but are nowhere to be 
found after 2330Z.  I have my old Icom and 8877 tuned on 40 but so far only 
worked FR4NT on SSB at 0310Z.  Plenty of Eu coming thru.  Don't have 75 set 
up yet except barefoot.  I did work VK and ZL easily during the Oceania 
Contest on 75.

SF is good but the A and K index vary daily.  Bands are still switching from 
Summer late afternoon to mornings/mid afternoon openings but the surprise is 
that some evenings the bands are open till after midnight.
