[SEDXC] Club Log and LoTW

A friend of mine in LA worked ZS8Z late last summer and hoped to get a 
confirmation in time to update his Honor Roll status.

ZS8Z told everyone to check club log to make sure the QSO was ok which he 
did.  The other ZS8's all used Lotw but ZS8Z said he would QSL once he got 
back to South Africa.

The question is how hard is it to move a club log QSO to Lotw?
He has waited over 7 months for this new DXCC.  He will take either a QSL or 
Lotw.
