I saw several spots today for an HL5 who was listening 10 up on 12 meters.
He was on 24.980 so 10 up would be the upper limit on 12 USB. I saw a W6
list him listening up 10 to 15 which would put stations working him mostly
out of the band (even DX stations).
I heard an Africian DX station on 18.160 listening up 7 to 10 up. The Band
limit is 18.168.
Also be careful on 40 SSB. The lowest frequency you can transmit on is 7128
LSB. There was a Dx station on 7.125 recently tuning 3 to 5 up. Several
USA stations were calling on 7127 which is again out of the band.
If you don't have one of the nice color coded band charts go to the ARRL Web
page and print out the frequency allocation pages. This incudes the new 60
meter channels.
