If you still need Marion Is., ZS8C has been active the last couple of days
in the 1300-1600 time frame on 21360 listening up.  He has reduced the
amount of feedline he previously had and now his signal is much better.
Normally he would be 22 to at most 33 in here but now he is a consistent 55.
He seems to like 15 SSB but has done other bands in the past.  He is on LOTW
so that is good.  Took just a few days for a confirmation on LOTW.  He will
be there until the May time frame but his work there keeps him busy so only
a few hours each day at most.  Sometimes he does not show up for days at a
time.

I know some people set their spotting programs up so there are only spots
from East coast, only USA spots, etc but you really miss a lot of good stuff
that way.  I have mine open for all spots.  I work a lot of stuff that never
gets spotted by USA.  Often the ZS8, for instance, will be there for an hour
or more with EU spots and no USA spots although he is plenty workable from
the USA.  Doing a Summit search for today, it shows he was on for over 1:45
mins before the first USA spot and he was good copy for the whole time.  If
you limit your spotting program to 4 land you are really in trouble. Good
