There is some info on the U S Towers cable replacement in the US Towers 
FOLDER in the FILEs section of the CrankupTiltoverTowers Yahoo group.

I know a number of guys in the area have had their US Tower lift cables 
replaced by a factory type rep.  Has anyone replaced one by themselves
