Its funny but years ago a couple of dxpeditions went to Bajo Neuvo
(HK0) and there was about the same amount of land as in the Kingman Island Picture.  They had problems finding a point where high tide did not 
overwash the reef.  Deleted because Columbia and the USA agreed that Colombia's  claim  should be primary.

I listened in 1959 to Wayne green and several other Dxpeditioners sailed by Serrana Bank several times before finding the reef.  Also deleted as the USA gave up claims to the reef.
