The mornings are the worst time to try and work them on the high bands as they are overrun by EU.  Usually late morning into most of the afternoon they ask for NA/SA only and that is the time to be in there calling.  They were on 15 CW for a long time calling NA/SA this morning starting around 15 GMT.   Last night they were really cooking many hours on 20 CW with a strong signal and working for the most part only NA/SA.  Some of the better ops I have heard in a while.  I was worried before they went but they are more than gracious to NA/SA when the band is right.
