[SEDXC] FT4TA

They haven't even uploaded to ClubLog in 48 hours so perhaps
there is a communications problem.  With the ARRL network and
LotW scheduled to be down this evening - possibly into tomorrow
- I'm not expecting to see any new LotW confirmations for a few
days.
