[SEDXC] Size of JX9JKA QSL

That could be tough... I looked at all my JW/JW cards and they all seem pretty much standard size.  Guess just use a bigger envelope in case.

I am gpoing back thru my logs filling in holes and plan to send a QSL to JX9JKA
who is now at JW9JKA.  I have three bands to fill and need to know if his QSL is regular size or the bigger European size.
