[SEDXC] MMTTY, K3, & MicroKeyer II

See the example configuration for MMTTY and microKEYER II available in
microHAM Router (Help | Download Documents) or on-line in the MK II
area at www.microHAM-USA.com/support.html.

It provides screen shots for nearly every screen in the MMTTY set-up
as well as information for both FSK and AFSK operation.

The K3 should be in FSK_D for RTTY (FSK) or AFSK_A for AFSK.  Audio
input should be set via MENU:MIC SEL = Line In and the audio input
adjusted for 4 to 5 bars of "ALC" using the Mic Gain (which becomes
Line In gain when MIC SEL=Line In).

This information assumes you have set-up microKEYER II audio levels
as instructed in the "Setting Audio Levels" section of the MK II
Users Manual.
