[SEDXC] EP6T ??

Their signals have not been the best but this morning around 1400 they had a 
great signal on 17 M long path.  They were also on 20 M LP at the same time 
but they had extreme trouble copying.  As chuck said they have decent 
signals on 30 M in the late afternoon and evening.  I have heard them on 80 
and 40 but nothing but a solid EU wall between up.  Rumor has it that they 
are experiencing heavy QRM from the street lights where they are located. 
Also latest rumor after the shutdown earlier this evening was the police was 
watching them closely.  All rumor but there is something definitely wrong as 
their rate is extremely slow and they ask for repeats over and over on SSB. 
Hopefully they will be able to finish out the trip without incident.  The 
police comment is only rumor so take it as that.
