I have been so depressed since Bill Barr rejected my QSL card from Valdosta as counting for South Georgia. 
   Late yesterday afternoon I got lucky and worked VP8DOZ on 17 CW. He was weak here and I wasn't 100% sure of the contact. But I showed up in his ClubLog listings as one of the lucky 100 he worked so far. I have been after this one for over 50 years. Finally!
