[SEDXC] E30FB Eritrea

I guess they did not get E3A as they wanted but E30FB works.  They were on 20 CW with good signal direct but large pileup EU, US, JA.  I can tell they are in there on 30 M now about hour before SR but large pile again.  My guess is they will stay on CW on the main bands and SSB or CW both on WARC since the ARRL SSB DX test is on unless they plan on entering that which I kind of doubt.  Plenty of jammers to go around as usual..
