Thanks for those links. I was able to find my wife's grandfather in
the 1922 and 1923 books. Interesting, in 1922 the callsign was listed
in his business name in the listings by callsign but his name in the
section "by name". In 1922 both listings had his name.
Years ago I saw a copy of his license - but I think it went to the Ohio
Historical Society with his other papers and equipment when my mother-
in-law's home was cleaned out on her passing. About the only thing I
have left from "granddaddy's" equipment is his old bug. It is in very
bad shape from being in his daughter's basement for 20 years or so -
the base is in dire need of refinishing/restoration. It's an oddity
since it's a Vibroplex clone and still has the nameplate of the
manufacturer.
