[SEDXC] Fwd: Jim update, arrangements

This information came to me from Bill Durham, N4BWB, who was also a long time ACK Radio employee.

I’ve known Jim as long as I can remember, and was always a good friend to everyone who walked in the store and said “hello”.

It is sad to see him go in such a tragic way.
