[SEDXC] Conditions to VK0EK

I haven't been at home much during VK0EK, but I rarely heard them.  Glad I had them from many years ago. I guess when you plan dxpeditions you can't guarantee propagation.

I've heard them on 20 yesterday, but they faded before I could work them. Heard them on 30 and 40 very early in the Dxpedition, but didn't want to fight the pile ups and the dqrm. Guess I'll decide differently with future Dxpeditions.
