License is granted and LoTW certificate received.  This is primarily a single op DXpedition - but I realize that this is a very poor country - as you may know. It ranks amongst the poorest in the world (UN development index). It has also been through a civil war, and the transaction process supported by UN is ongoing - with a hope for peace in the future as they just had an election in 2016.  I am not asking for support to cover my own $7000 expenses but I am looking for donations to the humanitarian fund I have setup.100% of donations received will go directly to Doctors without borders in C.A.R who have been there since 1997 providing help to the local residents. Please see http://activityreport2015.msf.org/country/central-african-republic/  Doctors without borders is solely the recipient of this donation, and have approved the fundraising  PurposeMy goal is to try to generate some donations that will be given to this organization. I do not plan any humanitarian activity in Bangui, except this donation. The DXpedition and the donations are two separate issues. That is, any donation shall be voluntary, and there is NO obligation to donate just because you made a QSO.A complete log will be uploaded to LoTW same day I return no matter.  Dxpedition. QSO target 15000 Qs. The QSO is free, the lotw is free and the bureau card is free. Direct QSL is SAE+ $3 or via OQRS.M0OXO is the QSL manager and will handle all QSL requests. For more details about the DXpedition please see www.la7gia.com   Humanitarian aspect100% of donations received from clubs&organizations and individuals will be given to Doctors without borders in C.A.RThis also include all net income of QSLing direct or OQRS.I have setup a dedicated paypal address for these donations tl8ao at la7gia.com  ·         I will encourage those who get a lotw confirmations to donate via the paypal link. This is voluntary of course·         I will encourage those who want a buro card to use the voluntary donation link·         I will encourage donations through QSLing through OQRS or direct mail.  After DXpedition I will publish a complete and transparent list of donations. I will prepare a report to be sent to the licensing authorities in TL as well Doctors without borders.  All organizations and clubs will get their logo on my website and in this report and will be listed in descending order based on amount given.  Closing date for donations is Feb 1st 2017 when I will wiretransfer the donation to DWOB.  Donations can be given by paypal tl8ao at la7gia.com   Any question let me know, I hope you will support this fundraising.  73 KenLA7GIA    Fra: Jeffrey Cantor [mailto:k1zn at att.net]

Emne: 3C DxPed  Ken, thanks for your funding application to SEDXC.  A few questions.  I note your operating conditions on your 3C web page.  Are you planning on taking a backup transceiver in the event of some issue with the TS 480?  Is the operating permit granted?  Operation approved by ARRL for DXCC?  Will you be operating both CW & SSB?  Digital at all?  Thanks,  Jeff  Dr. Jeffrey A.
