[SEDXC] Spratley island band openings

Sun spots and solar flux are low these days but look for days with low A and K indices.

This is starting to be the season for openings to the Far East on 20 meters. Look as early as 10Z.  I remember 9M0S being loud on 40 meters at say 0130Z
back in the early 1990's.  30 meters may be good but I don't work that band but so far the USA spots are there including one this morning for NV.

Probably the highest band that they can be worked is 17 meters.
