1. NCCC RTTY Sprint. 0145-0215z Friday (Thursday night local date).
15-160M RTTY. 100W maximum power. One/one kHz QSY rule. Exchange:
Name + SPC. Mults count per band. Exchange: both calls, #, name, SPC.
Same band dupes OK after one intervening QSO. Look around 080 kHz and
up from 1805 kHz.
2. NCCC NS Sprint. SPECIAL SLOW SPEED NIGHT. For tonight, limit your
speed to 20 WPM or less. 0230-0259Z Friday (Thursday night local date).
15-160M CW. 100W maximum power. Exchange: both calls, #, name, SPC.
One/one kHz QSY rule. No same band dupes permitted. Look around 040
kHz and up from 1815 kHz.
3. Battle of Carabobo International Contest. 48 hours of Sat/Sun UTC.
40-10M CW, Phone. Exchange: RS(T) + serial # or YV (Venezuela)
state. Work anyone.
4. Ukrainian DX Digi Contest. 12Z Sat to 12Z Sun. 80-10M RTTY, PSK63.
Exchange: RST + QSO# or 2 letter Ukrainian Oblast abbreviation.
5. His Majesty King of Spain Contest, SSB. 1200Z Sat to 1200Z Sim/
160-10M SSB. Exchange: RS + serial # or Spanish province abbreviation.
6. ARRL Field Day. All bands except WARC. Any mode. 1800Z Sat to
2100Z Sun. Most will run 24 hours 1800Z Sat to 1800Z Sun. If you start
set up at or after 1800Z Sat, you can run until 2100Z Sun. Exchange: #
of stations in simultaneous operation + category. D + home station on
commercial power, so those stations send "1D." Columbus Amateur Radio
Club will be operating 3A from Cooper Creek Park in Columbus with the
club call W4CVY. GOTA station will be signing W4FIZ. Come by and visit
and operate with us.
7. Straight Key Week Day Sprint. 0000-0200Z Wed (Tuesday night local
date). 160-10M CW. Use only a mechanical key. Exchange: RST + SPC +
Name + SKCC# or "NONE." Bonus station this month is W3NP, Dave, in WV.
8. Phone Fray. Every Tuesday local date, 0230-0259Z Friday. 15-160M
SSB. 100W maximum power. Exchange: Name + SPC. Mults count per band.
9. CWOps Club CWT Mini Tests. Every Wednesday. Three separate
one-hour mini-sprints. 1300Z, 1900Z, 0300Z (Thursday UTC date). 160-10M
CW. Exchange: Name + CWOps# or SPC. Look around 040 kHz, lower on 160M.
Next week will see the state of Summer season for the QRP Fox Hunts.
They will be on Thursday nights from 0130 to 0259Z and will be on 20
Meters (14050 to 14070 kHz). Schedule should be on the QRP Fox Hunts
home page soon.
