Yes by all means.. Go to the SEDXC website and read the section Bill has 
on DX Card Checking where he explains what he needs on DXCC 
applications.  Disregard the part about outgoing QSLs for the bureau as 
he is going to try and get up at least one more shipment for maybe Dec.  
I think the charge is 14 cent per card and must they must be in DXCC 
order .. No USA card unless station is a manager for a DX station.  
Check bureaus that the ARRL will ship to and do not send any cards they 
cannot handle.  The 14 cents takes care of shipping and the processing 
fee.  Supply a copy of the address sticker on your QST.
