[SEDXC] Power Line Noise

Hi Sherman, I would not consider him an engineer if he makes that 
claim.  As you already know arcing hardware generates RFI over the whole 
spectrum LF, HF, etc.  Refer him to Radar Engineers where they show the 
devices they sell to find RFI from power lines.  All the EMCs around the 
area use Radar Engineer equipment.

Also refer him to http://www.rfiservices.com/ if you have to talk with 
him again.  I dont know anyone at GA Power.  There was a guy names Bill 
that flew to Ga Power but now retired that might know some people in Ga 
Power that could help. I can remember his call but it is a W4  2 letter 
suffix but I cant seem to recall it.  He was in the SEDXC years ago.  GL
