[SEDXC] SEDXC and ARRL

It's not only DXing where the ARRL is failing us.  Those of us affiliated
with the OO program are extremely frustrated by the league's approach to our
issues.  It seems that ARRL is more and more beholdin' to the major
manufacturers and their desire to maximize sales no matter the impact on our
activities.   ARRL has become stuffy, bloated,  and unresponsive on multiple
fronts.
