[SEDXC] 6 M DX REPORT

Things started off well this morning.  I did not get in the shack and KX4R said the band had been open somewhat for 30 or 45 min.  There were about 5 different GM stations on.  Got two new grids right of the bat  Up until around 11 am heard GM, I, D41, F, GD, ISO , DL, GU, VP9 , ON, F, OE, CU and LY3.  

For any of you that have worked LY3W,  DL8YHR reports that LY3W is operating a remote out of Germany signing LY3W.  What BS.  I wondered why I saw him often but yet nothing else in the northern tier of EU around him.  There was another Russian station last year using his Russian callsign through a USA remote and people were thinking they had worked Russia. There is a remote somewhere in EM73 that K5IX out of AZ uses everyday.  Never have seen how using “long distance remotes” in the DXCC program made sense but maybe they just working people for the heck of it.

One highlight was I saw A45XR and he called me but I could not hold on to him.  

Also appears the KH1 group are right schedule and probably should be off loading at first light tomorrow their time.  They have the listed frequencies they plan to use posted on their website
http://baker2018.net/  I would recommend putting those frequencies into your WSJT freq list if you use it to control your rig.
