[SEDXC] KH1 FT8

*I am sure everyone has been following the KH1 group.  They have been 
doing a great job. This is probably on their blog but I will mention it 
here as N4HU one of the ops at KH1 asked me to pass it along.*

*In regard to FT8, they are running two stations most all the time on 
FT8.  He asked that stations trying to work them on FT8 please download 
the latest version of WSJT and understand the rules of using FOX/HOUND 
mode. Think some have been causing confusion by not adhering to the 
FOX/HOUND format.  GL if you still need them.*
