[SEDXC] POSSIBLE NEW FT8 DX FREQ 6 M

It was seen last year that 50313 had become too crowded during big 
openings with continental and DX QSOs competing for space.  Many felt 
another freq was needed for DXing.  It appears 303 and 323 have been 
chosen for trials.  Nothing official as I dont guess there is an 
official clearing house.  Today KX4R head SV9,I, GD0, and G all on 323.  
I hope this freq will be used for DX only, ie no continental QSO.  Leave 
that for 313.  I'm there will still be some DX showing on 313.
