[SEDXC] QSLs FOR SHIPMENT AT CLUB MEETING

Bill, N4NX, said he was getting QSLs together for shipping to the ARRL 
buro.  The cost is per card and the single $7 surcharge allowed for a 
club shipment is split by the ones sending QSLs.  If you are interested 
bring you cards to the meeting.  Follow the rules laid out by the bureau.

1.    No cards for countries not participating in the bureau program.

2.     Cards must be arranged in DXCC country order.

3.    A copy of your QST address label attached with the cards.

4.    Payment to Bill in cash.  Cost per card is set by Bill to cover 
the shipment which is not bad when the cards a sent in bulk.

Bill has been very kind to handle this service for the club for year so 
make it easy on him and follow his instructions.  This saves money for 
each of the shippers.
