[SEDXC] R5AQ

Hi Ed, just a bit of info that might lead to something.  R5AQ grid 
locator is KO86hp just north of Moscow.  There is another ham in KO86h, 
with the call RK3FG that has an email address on QRZ. You might email 
him and see if he has any info as R5AQ would have to be very near him.  
A number of stations in EU have worked R5AQ on 2 M and if you want that 
list let me know and I will send it to you.  They might have some info.
