[SEDXC] N1MM ALL USB

Over the years I have ran my K3S using serial ports when using N1MM and 
all was fine.  I converted everything over so it is now USB only into 
the radio.  That works fine with my logging program but today I wanted 
to set up N1MM for PTT, CW, and radio control I ran into a road block.  
I can control the radio but cant get the RTS/DTR function working on the 
K3S.  I have tried to find info on using USB only with N1MM but it seems 
to still be geared with mainly COM port set up.  I will keep working but 
if any suggestions let me know .  I have RTS for PTT and DTR for CW 
enabled in the K3S menu.
