I worked T31EU who I assume you are talking about.  Worked them on 80 
and 40 FT8 this morning and on 80 CW yesterday.  They are using MSHV on 
FT8 so you dont have to select Fox/Hound mode.  They pick up several at 
a time just like F/H but you call them just like you would if you were 
calling a regular station but I would stay above 1000 hz just in case.  
I am not clear on all the MSHV options but you dont have anything 
special to call a station using it.

On Monday the XX9D group was actually in here for a while on 15 M CW and 
then 15 FT8 via the direct long path.  Worked them on FT8 there.  They 
are having real problems with noise on their end so tough to work them.  
Macau is a neon jungle.  They have about 5 more days there.  20 M 
probably the easiest shot in the mornings via skewed path to the 
southwest.  Even on 80, 40, 30 they are coming skewed to the southwest 
or south sometimes in the mornings .
