[SEDXC] 6 meter signals

Most likely meteor scatter on FSK441 perhaps or JT65.  I know they use 
around 260 for meteor scatter.  Fun to play with if you have not tried 
it.  Look up Ping Jockey..  Web site for making sked on meteor scatter 
which you can do every day of the year on 6 M.  Mornings are the best
