[SEDXC] 6 M DX SPOTLIGHT

I mention occasionally the 6 M DX data sent here pertains to the ALT 
area only.  Even here in the ATL area one part of town can be hearing 
different things from other parts of town at the same time.  This 
morning W3CP northeast of ATL had the spotlight to EU hearing several EU 
for a while I was hearing noting.  And it can change to just the 
opposite where I am hearing EU and he is not. I keep track of about 5 
guys in the area and prop will jump around among us.  E clouds will 
favor small  areas hence spotlighting. The E layer is not as homogeneous 
as the F layers we use when on HF.

For several hours this morning only a couple of stations in FL had prop 
to EU and no one else in the USA did.

I have seen spotlighting on HF due to other factors all the way down to 
160 M where you might see north Georgia being favored over other East 
coast and midwestern areas.

Not much to report on today for Europe but did hear SP, GD, OM, HA 
around the 1500-1600 in a weak opening.  OZ , OM and LA was heard by a 
couple of the other locals.
