Just for note I consider the Atlanta area as EM 73,74, 83,84 although 
propagation can vary greatly between those.  This morning things got 
rolling around 1330 and I could tell right away the spotlight was more 
into EM83/84 although I was copying some stuff.  Heard  DL, F, G, GU, I, 
MD, MM, and S5.  Stations in EM83 were hearing deeper into EU OK, HA 
etc.  I had to leave at 1600 for lunch but there were no EU here at that 
time while EM83 was still working lots of EU.

I came in from yard work around 2040 and the band was opening up.  
Strangely the friend in EM83 that was hearing more this morning was not 
hearing EU while I was hearing many so the spotlight was over this way 
this afternoon with lots of stations good signals.  Heard HA, DL, OK, 
ON, G, PA, LX, F, GU8.  Many from from each of the these countries with 
good signals until right at 2300 when it suddenly died.

LY3W was also heard but I am told by several DLs this guy is using a 
remote in DL with his LY3W call totally illegal.  You will notice if you 
ever hear him you are hearing DLs also.  I guess ARRL probably still 
counts this but not sure.  Personally think it should not if found to be 
true.
