[SEDXC] Contact at GA Pwr Needed

Does anyone have a good contact for reporting Power Line Noise at GA Power
(Howell Mill Rd area)?

 

Working through the trouble reporting telephone number has been
unproductive.  We have identified it down to individual poles but seems like
the line crew comes out and does some work, but the noise is not resolved.
They seem uninterested in communicating with the customer.
