[SEDXC] Crank Up Tower?

Hello Everyone,
    I hope all of you are continuing to do well. I have a bit of a
interesting question and there is certainly going to be some mileage
variation here...

    For those of you with crank up towers - how often do you raise and
lower them? If there is going to be anything over 25MPH winds - I lower
mine. I prefer to play it safe than sorry.

    This is my first tower and I'm trying to be extra careful. Perhaps its
my persistent anxiety taking over...

    For reference - my tower is a Tri-Ex W-51 and a TH-11DX. The tower was
re-cabled in 2018.
