Wow what a day.  In the morning not much except IS0 but at 1600 GMT the 
band busted wide open here.  This ran mainly until 17:30. I have never 
seen so many OH, OZ, SM, UT stations.  I heard 29 different EU countries 
and could have missed writing some down.. IS0, SV9, I/S, HB9/S, HB0, 
OH/S, RA/S, SP/S, SV/S, SM/S, YL/S, ES/S, OH0/S, UT/S, LA,/S, 403, HA/S, 
DL/S, YU/S, OK/S, OE, LZ, HA, OZ/S,  PA/S, S5/S, 9A/S, F/S, GM

It was weird there were two OH0 stations on.  Stations were very strong 
and tons of them.  This is possibly the best day I have had this 
season.   Wish we could get more of this but you just never know when 
these are going to happen.

Just a note/favor request.   This deals with calling CQ, not calling 
individual stations.   I know most of the DXers in the area stay on ODD 
sequence during the day calling CQ to EU or working EU.  Even if you are 
not interested in working EU and just want to call CQ, please use ODD 
sequence ie 15 and 45.  Having everyone in the area CQing same seq cuts 
down any QRM to each other  and to the DX on EVEN.  In the evening if 
the JA are coming through just reverse this, use EVEN to CQ as the JA 
want to see us on EVEN.  Again if you are calling a station just use 
whatever you need to work them.
