[SEDXC] 10 M DX FT8 TODAY

Thanks to the flux reaching 137 today 10 M FT8 is wide open to EU and AF 
this morning  by 9 AM local.  Up to 125 stations every 30 seconds at 9 
AM but should hopefully increase up to around 11 AM or 12 dropping off 
after that.  S01WS strong.  Hard to say if the flux will move higher or 
drop back.  12 M and 15 M looking great this morning also.
