[SESprint] NAQP and NA

I have some software that may be of interest to NA or NAQP contestants 
in our group.

It reads in your cabrillo file and produces two files. The first is a 
summary of sorted calls worked with
X beside the call for each band.

The second file actually pulls the lines from the log for the sorted 
call. Eg, if W4AN worked on three bands
in NA,  the output would have three consecutive lines showing the three 
log entries from the cab file where  W4AN
worked on 80, 40, and 20.
