[SESprint] Feb Results QRV

The automatic robot is dumb.  A couple guys used callsigns different from
the one's I registered.  K4WX and W4AN are two I know of for sure.  They
used different calls, and the log checking software didn't associate the
callsigns they used with the team.  As a result, their scores weren't
tabulated.

The Boring ARC knows of the problem and I think it will be corrected in the
official NCJ writeup (hopefully!)

Outstanding job Bill, breaking the 400 QSO barrier!

I notice only seven scores in the SSSC #1 Team.
Was there a mixup in the results?  I thought we
had at least one full team, if not more?
