[SESprint] Rules and conventions

Yes, why does K1KI do this every Sprint?  :-)  (I'm guessing
that's who Pete is talking about...)  Hasn't Tom operated
practically every Sprint since it's inception?  Is he just
doing it on purpose for some reason I don't understand?
I mean, really -- what's up with that?
